About Us
Here at Wigwam Day Care School, we create a positive climate for emotional growth while trying to improve self-perception/self-esteem and sensitivity to others, and also to develop socially acceptable expressions of needs and impulses.
Our focus, whether it is with the Papooses’ (Infants), the Lil’ Braves (Young Toddlers), the Braves (Older Toddlers), the Chieftains (Preschoolers), or the Posse (Schoolagers), is to provide your child with a “Wigwam” that is nurturing and accepting.
Infant Program
The goal of the infant program is centered around the idea that children play to learn.
Toddler Program
Our toddler program is based on the belief that the process is what is crucial, not the outcome.
Preschool Program
Our goal is to provide quality care in a secure setting.
School-Age Program
Our goal to build and strengthen friendships will enable the children to discover their strengths.
Laughing Waters
Laughing Waters at Wigwam is a zero-depth water spray ground and splashpark. Its main features are the Curtain of Water and the Aquaspine. There are 12 fountains of various shapes and sizes and plenty of water toys. With the splashpark there are two playgrounds adjacent to the water park which include climbing equipment and picnic tables, and of course, bathroom facilities.
Parent Events
Parent involvement has long been a key to our success at Wigwam. There is no hard work for parents, just loads of fun.
We start the school year off with a fun-filled Halloween open house and end with a Graduation celebration, as well as many other fun parent events throughout the year!
